Blend’s clean diet program starts with the one day getting ready, 7 days of initialization and continuing the diet for 21 days. Contains 5 items per day as detailed below:

Water fortified with superfoods | Green Smoothie or a delicacy | Salad | Energy snack | Soup

Please choose your preference for each of the days.

We will make every effort to satisfy your choice, there might be some changes but you will get a heads up before for any changes

You get to choose your menu for 7 days and it will repeat itself for every week.

The first 4 kits will be sent in Blend’s thermal bags to keep everything fresh (hot or cold) We recommend to order bags for the rest of the days or the best option to recycle the used bags and give them to our courier who will arrive every morning. Thank you.
